Kate Strong from Tonteg, Pontypridd, has been selected as one of Cycling UK's 100 Women in Cycling announced on 23 November.

Every year the 100 Women in Cycling list celebrates inspirational women who are encouraging others to experience the joy of cycling.

Kate Strong has been nominated as a cycle influencer for cycling around the country on a bamboo bike in order to use cycling as a way to connect with people and talk about how cycling can help fight climate change.
